·         Your signed Contractors Agreement with D&L Language Services
·         Your billing address, phone number and email address.
·         Any on-boarding documents you may have provided us such as your resume, experience, certificates or badges.
 
2. Use of Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
On-boarding: Our scheduling team may use your information to enter into our scheduling contact list. You may also be contacted to provide us with on-boarding documents such as your resume, experience, Contractors Agreement, W9 and invoices for services.
Appointment Management: In order to successfully manage our appointments you may be contacted for offers in your area, changes to the assignments you have accepted such as the date, time or location, coordination regarding any issues you are experiencing, and correspondence from our billing department regarding any invoices you have submitted.
3. Data Storage and Security
All user data, including any documents submitted, are securely stored in Google, Microsoft and Amazon AWS servers.
We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Your personal data (such as contact and billing information) is accessed only with your explicit consent and is used solely for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share your information in the following circumstances:
Google Services: Your data is shared with Google’s servers for the purpose of accessing Gmail and Calendar services as part of the scheduling of our available assignments.
Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party vendors to help with server maintenance, application hosting, or other essential services. These providers are obligated to handle your data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
SMS Opt-in: SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
